MOQ depends on the format you choose. As a rule of thumb we quote one 20ft container per SKU — roughly 24,000 cans or 19,000 PET bottles for the most common sizes. For a first trial we can often work below that, so tell us the volume you have in mind and we will confirm what is feasible.
Yes — that is exactly what OEM means at RITA. You bring the formula, the target specification and the brand; our technical team validates it against our equipment, sources the ingredients and runs pilot batches until the result matches your reference sample. If a component is not available locally, we will tell you early and propose an equivalent rather than change your product without asking.
Always. No line is booked until you have tasted and approved a physical sample. We ship pilot samples in the final packaging format so you can assess taste, colour, fill level and label finish together, and we keep iterating until you sign off in writing.
For a product built on an existing formula, expect around 30 to 45 days from approved sample to loaded container. Adding new packaging tooling or a certification your market requires can extend that. You receive a dated plan at the quotation stage, not an estimate that moves after you commit.
Yes. Send finished artwork and we will prepare it for print, or let our design team build the label from your brand guidelines. Either way we check every version against the labelling rules of your destination market — ingredient declarations, nutrition panels, language requirements — before the plates are made.
Our facilities operate under ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, BRC Food, FSSC 22000 and HALAL. Every batch ships with its own certificate of analysis, and we can arrange third-party inspection if your buyer or your bank requires it.
We export to more than 100 markets, so the paperwork is routine for us. Certificate of origin, phytosanitary and health certificates, HALAL documentation, packing lists and bills of lading are all prepared in-house. Tell us the destination port and Incoterm and we will confirm exactly which documents apply.
