Rita understands that earning multiple certifications is a significant achievement. We also recognize that the real challenge is maintaining and continually improving product quality over the long term. That's why the company is dedicated to constantly boosting its employees' skills through targeted, specialized training programs.
From October 15-17, 2024, Rita Company organized the BRC Certification Training program for employees from departments such as QC, LAB, Production, etc. The BRC certification is a standard established by the British Retail Consortium in 1998, suitable for controlling food quality and safety. The training program focused on BRC Certification Version 9, published on August 9, 2022, and became effective on February 1, 2023. The standards help to control raw materials from seed supply, cultivation, harvesting, preliminary processing, production, and storage conditions until the product is delivered to the customer.
The training program combines theory with practice, creating conditions for employees to understand and apply knowledge in practice indeed. It also helps them hone their professional skills. Rita Company always adheres to the business concept of actual growth, which is about increasing output, maintaining high quality, and consistently meeting international standards. We believe tha the balance is essential for building a sustainable production system that ensures a company’s long-term success.
